Components of the PC-2A and PC-2B non-rebreathing systems, including the breathing bag, are subject to normal wear during routine use. Regular inspection and replacement of worn components are recommended to maintain proper system function and reliable anesthesia delivery.
The A.M. Bickford 1 liter replacement breathing bag with PC-2 valve installed is designed for use with both PC-2A and PC-2B non-rebreathing systems. Supplied with the PC-2 valve pre-installed, this configuration provides a ready-to-use replacement that simplifies maintenance, reduces setup time, and eliminates the need to transfer an existing valve during system servicing.
Simply connect the remaining non-rebreathing system components and the unit is ready for use.
For customers who already have a functional PC-2 valve, A.M. Bickford also offers the 1 liter replacement latex breathing bag (Part #18711). This bag features a pre-punched hole designed for easy installation of the existing PC-2 valve.
Stretch the bag and insert the valve into the punched opening, then reconnect the additional system components.
